TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you first and foremost for your interest.

Before proceeding to register for a course, please ensure that you are fully committed to attending the course that you are signing-up for.

(a) If a participant is unable to attend a session from a course, he or she may request for the notes and materials directly from the teacher who is conducting that particular course.

(b) If a participant is no longer able to continue, he or she is allowed to give another person the right to attend instead. Simply inform us at info@safinah.sg about the change.

We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation. And may Allah s.w.t. bless and reward you for your eagerness to pursue knowledge. We truly appreciate the support you’ve given us all these years.

NOTE: Kindly check your email within 1-3 days after you have made your registration for our reply. Do try to make any required payments within the next 3 days to confirm your registration. Check your junk/spam folder if you do not see our reply in your inbox. Thank you.

Kindly take note that all emails will only be replied from Mondays – Fridays

Payment/Fees
Kindly proceed to make your payment immediately within 48 hours upon registration
No response after this duration would indicate your cancellation and your seat will be given up to ‘Waiting List’
We truly seek for your kind understanding for fees to be paid on time for us to make necessary arrangements
We encourage you to email us for every transaction made, for us to track your payments and avoid confusion.

Refunds
A $5 non-refundable transaction fee will be offset from amount paid.
Safinah shall not be held responsible to compensate or provide a refund in the case where a participant decides to cancel the registration 7 days or less before the commencement date or wishes to pull-out midway through the duration of the course.
You may however, get a friend to replace your seat.


Cancellation

Safinah will not be responsible to resell your tickets on your behalf should you decide to cancel after your purchase.
Fees paid are non refundable.
You may however refer to a friend or post a shout out in your Facebook for a replacement in the case of last minute cancellation

Photography/Recording
Do note that there will be official photography and videography during this event. Photos and videos will be posted on our social media sites and public platforms, unless specified otherwise.
